NEWTOWN COTTAGE Renovation
A bathroom and kitchen renovation opened up and modernised this cottage with care to respect its early 1900’s heritage.
In this semi detached early 1900’s Newtown cottage, we maximised light, space and flow installing lovely french doors leading out to the back yard.
Stripping it right out, we opened up the floor plan for modern living. We took care of plumbing, electrical, joinery, brand new sub floor and timber floor and installed a brand new kitchen with timber French doors opening to the outdoors.
The result exceeded client expectations and they were thrilled with their updated home.
